Fiorentini + Baker guarantees all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for 30 days from the original date of purchase. However, we will cover the repair or replacement of products that present any fault or defects, purchased within the season, for a further six months from the date of purchase.
We strongly recommend that customers return the product in the first instance to the original point of purchase namely the authorized Fiorentini + Baker retailer as this would result in a faster and easier process.
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred on shipping warrantied items Fiorentini + Baker will cover return delivery costs on replacement or repaired items.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Products worn past the point of repair void coverage.
Products modified or repaired outside of Fiorentini + Baker company are no longer warranted.
Defects caused by excessive wear or unreasonable use are not covered.
All hardware (buckles, zips, buttons, studs) are covered for the lifetime of Fiorentini + Baker products and will be supplied by the company free of charge depending on the availability of stock.
Straps are available for a nominal charge.
Issues with sizing and fit are the responsibility of the customer and should be tried and tested before the product is worn outside – any worn product can not be returned due to sizing issues.
Due to the company's decision to use leathers which are treated and coloured naturally with vegetable extracts any fade in colour or spots and marks are not considered to be a quality issue or defect but proof of the autenticity and uniqueness of the artisan products.
