Forced away from the hustle & bustle of her favourite cities, Deborah Baker took sanctuary in her home in the picturesque hills of Emilia Romagna, Italy. From there, surrounded by her passions – immersed in music, nature, food & a handful of her closest friends, she was able to create a collection that she says is “very influenced by the perfect boot in its 1970’s evolution – and of course the eighties & all the two-tone rich leathers of that decade”.

As the world re-emerges after an unprecedented and globally testing year, Deborah’s work is also experiencing a re-awakening of sorts. F+B A/W 21 Collection is in keeping with Deborah’s understated style, however her clear nod to the past, demonstrates a strong sense of nostalgia with a distinct hit of rebellion, encapsulating Baker’s most formative years.
