The products purchased on the website will be delivered via TNT or one of the other couriers used by the seller, within the time specified at the time the order is finalized and in any case within 7 business days from the time the courier is commissioned to deliver the parcel.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and the products are generally dispatched on the first business day following the confirmation of payment.
We will not dispatch the items ordered until verifying the certainty of collecting payment.
After your purchase order is finalized, you can track it and check the shipping information and status by logging into the restricted area of the website.
The courier does not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays, and orders may undergo shipping delays during holiday periods.
If you are away at the time of delivery, the courier will follow one of the following procedures, depending on the location:
- They will place a notice of attempted delivery near your doorbell or letterbox containing useful information for arranging a new delivery.
- They will deposit your order with an authorized collection centre, leaving a notice of attempted delivery with details of the shipment: at that point you can log onto the website of TNT or of the courier used and check the address and business hours of the collection centre where you can pick up your package, as well as the deadline for pick-up. After the stated period has elapsed, the package will be sent back to us.
We advise you to monitor the status of your order frequently until it is delivered.
